Hawaii to relax travel rules for fully vaccinated mainland travelers (Effective July 8th)
Gov. David Ige announced that effective July 8, the State of Hawaii will eliminate its pre-travel testing and quarantine requirement for Hawaii-bound travelers if they are fully vaccinated in the United States.
Travelers to Hawaii must upload their CDC-issued vaccination record card to the state’s Safe Travels Program website and have that card with them upon arrival in the State of Hawaii.
In addition to this expanded vaccine passport program, indoor social gatherings of 25 people are allowed, along with outdoor gatherings of 75 people. Capacity in restaurants is going up to 75%.
