New Student Orientation Schedule

Global Village Hawaii will have new student orientation for all adult language programs, except for the CAE and FCE exam preparation programs, starting from 10:15 am on the first day of the week. CAE and FCE student should continue to arrive at 8:00 am. Please find the new orientation schedule on the first day of the week below.

• New students must arrive by 10:15 am (CAE & FCE by 8:00 am) and check in at the front desk. Students must bring their passport, I-20 form [student visas holders], a pen and notebook.
• A staff member conducts new student orientation, sharing information about the school and helping students adjust to life in Hawaii.
• Student contracts are signed and a campus tour is given.
• Speaking exams and a written exam are administered to assess the student’s level of English.
• Exams should finish before 3 pm.
• New students may pick up their class schedules from the front desk the next morning before classes starts at 8:30 am.
